You are talking to an AI

This interview is conducted by an AI moderator, not a human. It listens, asks questions, and responds using an AI-generated (synthetic) voice. There is no person on the other side during the conversation. Any analysis of your interview is based only on what you say, as text — never on your voice or appearance.

Who runs this study

This study is run by [Researcher / Organisation name] (the "Researcher"), who decides why and how your data is used and is responsible for it (the data controller). Userflix provides the technology that runs the interview on the Researcher's behalf (the data processor). Userflix does not access your recording or transcript except on the Researcher's instruction or where required by law.

What is stored

Your spoken answers are transcribed into text in real time. No audio or video recording of you is stored — your voice is used only to create the written transcript, and only that transcript is kept. The transcript may contain personal data, including whatever you choose to share during the conversation.

Taking part is voluntary

You can stop and leave the interview at any time, without giving a reason. You do not have to answer any question you don't want to.

How your data is used

Your data is used for the purpose described by the Researcher: [purpose of the study]. The legal basis is your consent, which you give below. To run the interview, the technology uses service providers within the EU (including for speech processing and transcription); where a provider's corporate group may process data outside the EU, appropriate safeguards under Chapter V GDPR apply. Your rights

You can ask to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already took place.
